Joining the uptraded community is easy! Simply download the Shareitt app to get started. Use the link on our website or scan the QR code, and you’ll be taken directly to our community—no referral code needed, even if you haven't installed the app yet.

If you download the Shareitt app directly from the App Store or Play Store, you’ll need a referral code from an existing user to join. Need help or have questions? Just reach out to us—we’re here for you!

The uptraded community is hosted on the Shareitt app! You'll need it to access all our features: browsing items, swapping clothes, and connecting with others––all in one place. The app makes the entire swapping process easy, fun, and hassle-free.

Absolutely! Shareitt is safe and secure. Your data is protected with encryption, and we never share your information with irrelevant third parties. We follow all regulations to make sure your privacy and security always come first.

No worries! After the welcome screen, just choose “uptraded” on the “Select a Community” screen. This will take you straight to our community!

If you don’t have a referral code, just head over to our website and click “Join community.” This will take you straight to the uptraded community in the app, even if you’ve already downloaded it. You can also ask a current user for a code or reach out to us directly for help!

Boost your points by completing your profile, adding a photo, and verifying your email. And don’t forget to invite a friend to earn extra rewards!

Found something you love? Just click the green “Request Item” button! The other user will receive your request, and if they accept, you can start chatting to sort out the details. You can choose to meet up in person or arrange shipping. Payments are handled outside the app.

It’s easy! Once you’re in the uptraded community on the Shareitt app, tap the “+” button in the bottom toolbar. This will open the “Upload Items” page, where you can add a description, set its value in uptraded points, and choose how others can get it.

Make sure to add a great description, select the right category, and set a fair value. When you're ready, hit "Upload Item" and you’re all set!

When you invite friends, you earn uptraded points for every new member who joins. And when they swap an item, you get earn more points! Plus, having your friends in the community makes swapping more personal and fun. You can follow each other, share items, and build your own trusted circle. It’s the perfect way to make the uptraded experience even better!
