Registration Form

When you complete a purchase on our website, an account is automatically created for you. We process the data provided during the purchase for the purpose of contract fulfillment on the basis of the contract concluded with the purchase in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the duration of the contract.

There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. The only consequence of not providing the data is that completing a purchase and account creation will not be possible.

User Surveys

We use the Tally service, operated by Tally BV, to conduct user surveys, hosted on their platform. The purpose of these surveys is to gather feedback to improve the user experience within the app. Survey participation is voluntary, and you will be informed if data collected through the survey is intended for use in enhancing the app experience. You will also have the option to decline this usage directly within the survey when applicable.

If the survey offers an incentive for participation, your user ID will be used solely to identify when you complete the survey in order to fulfill the incentive. This does not impact your choice to allow or decline the use of your answers for improving the user experience.

We process connection data and browser data with our processor Google Fonts (https://fonts.google.com/), Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4 Ireland for the purpose of providing the fonts required by the web browser to display the website. This data is only processed for the duration required to select and transmit the fonts.

Google Analytics

Once you have given your consent in the cookie policy, we use Google Analytics to analyse website usage. The data obtained from this is used to optimise our website and advertising measures. This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the ‘EU-US Privacy Shield’ agreement.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service operated and provided by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes the website usage data on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years from your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID with which you can be recognised on future visits to the website.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which makes it possible to analyse pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.

Facebook Pixel

Once you have given your consent in the cookie policy, we use the Facebook pixel from Facebook on our website. The Facebook pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions with which Facebook can track your user actions if you have come to our website via Facebook ads. For example, if you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is triggered and saves your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies enable Facebook to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with the data of your Facebook account. Facebook then deletes this data again. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your personal data. The only consequence of not providing the data is that you will not receive our updates and promotions.

We may contact you via WhatsApp for account-related information as well as promotional purposes. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving such communications. This processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time by notifying us. Please note that WhatsApp may independently process personal data in accordance with their privacy policy. Right of Objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing.

If there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing on our part, the processing of your data on the basis of this legal basis will be discontinued.

The legality of the data processed prior to the objection is not affected by the objection.
